      1. What is Trend Shopy's Cancellation Policy?

      You can cancel an order while it is in the packed/shipped status, as long as the Cancel option is available on the App, Website, or Mobile Site (M-site). This includes items purchased during sales as well.

      For prepaid orders, any amount paid will be credited to the original payment method within 24 hours of cancellation.

      2. Where can I find details about Shipping, Order Tracking, Delivery & Returns?

      All orders placed on Trend Shopy are shipped via our trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post, FedEx, and others.

      You can track shipping and delivery updates via your order history on the app or website. For returns, please refer to our Return Policy page or contact support for assistance.

      3. What should I do in case of a delivery with missing items, a partial order, or a tampered package?

      Please reach out to our customer support within 72 hours of delivery. Claims made beyond this period may not be entertained.

      To help us investigate, please ensure the following:

      • Do not use the item(s) in question.
      • Provide a short description of the issue. Our team may ask some questions to better understand the situation.
      • Share clear snapshots of the outer packet and any inner boxes. Focus on sides that appear tampered or damaged.
      • Keep the original packaging for 3–4 days post-delivery. We may need it for verification or pickup.

      Please note:

      • Refunds for prepaid/COD orders will only be processed after the investigation is complete.
      • You may not be eligible for a refund if:
        • Sufficient information or images are not provided.
        • The packaging has been discarded before the issue is reported.
        • The product has already been used.
        • Pilferage claims are raised after the same day of delivery.

      For multi-component items like Kurtas, Bedsheets, or Innerwear sets, only exchange or return options may be provided depending on availability and product type.

      4. What is Trend Shopy’s Fair Usage Policy?

      We aim to offer a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for all customers. However, in rare cases, some accounts may misuse our liberal return policy by:

      • Returning a significantly high number of products
      • Regularly refusing delivery of confirmed orders

      Trend Shopy reserves the right to levy a convenience fee or limit return privileges for users with unusually high return/refusal rates.
